Right now as of today, its actually standard time. So if they did not do it next year it would stay as it is now.

last night i was stoned as fuck, and got a new clock recently, and i was trying to set it, and my alarm for work today, and i think i set my clock back something like 2 hours and 24 minutes, it was so confusing when the alarm went off this morning.
