1. A woman has 7 children, and half of them are boys. How is this possible?

Alright, noone's getting that one apparently, so the answer to #6 is a mirror. Mike, the first one was a diversionary riddle, nothing excep the last part really matters. There are no Fs in the word 'that', is the point. I'll look for more good ones, I have a book with about a thousand but a lot are logic problems and aren't so fun.

Sorry, for being so suspicious. I am just very good at thinking outside of the box. The second I read one about the soldiers, I knew it had nothing to do with war. Clues in riddles shouldn't be taken literally, they should be taken symbolically. That why at first I thought it had to do with chess because the clues talked about black and white, and fallen soldiers. Chess peices can be seen that way. Think what you want, but I'm not cheating.
