I found this funny how they portrayed the nazis in 1943 to children

and would they really be poking fun at that during the war?

maybe its from 1953 or something
 
that was really interesting. kinda shows how the quality of cartoons has tanked. now all kids watch is spongebob and dora the explorer or whatever else shit is on these days.

did you see the asian guy? he had buck teeth, chink eyes, glasses, steriotypical asian facial hair, and his skin was colored yellow! haha
 
yeah it is, there are quite a few propaganda cartoons out there like this one. i dont think that many of them were aired though...
 
wow, this is nuts. i want to send it to my mother, but i cant figure out if she would find this funny or not, because shes straight up kraut, and the war stories that my oma tells are disturbing. Since we hear alot of stories from the north american soldiers, its totally different hearing it from a german living there during the war, in a basement, eating only potatoes for years, while raising two boys. And how my opa was forced to become a soldier. but it is different to hear the opinions of someone on "the other side" although right after the war, and it was possible to, they came to canada.
