So pumped on My new gun ! ( Tapco SKS )

Yeah, I wasn't going to get the optics and crap until much later. Only thing I was thinking about was a bipod because I don't really have anything for target shooting at the range to rest the damn thing on.

In the right hands....

Daniel Defense is grat for the AR... its what i've got anyway and after using it haevily for about a year it still looks and shoots great. Mine came with a bipod. I did get new sites on it because the irons were difficult to pick off prarie dogs from far away.

The Cheytac Inter is such bullshit. A .408 would blast a hole through someone's chest all the way across Fuel and it would a one-hit-kill. You shouldn't get hitmarkers with the Intervention.

AKs are prohibited in Canada. That is a CZ-858, it's Czech built. Looks like an AK but does not function anything like one.
That mag is plugged to 5 rnds though. Just looks cool with a 30rnd mag as opposed to a 5 or 10 rounder

I got the case of bullets from the guy I got my gun from they are just in a Us mil surplus .50 cal ammo box, so i will ask him who makes them

Good thing about Canada is most areas are pretty remote. No one's ever gonna come knocking at your door and ask to see your guns. I've helped my friend unplug multiple SKS mags from 5 to 10 rounds. Even got his uncle to smuggle a banana clip across the border.

I have this at my disposal until my buddy gets back from Afghanistan. Since the photo was taken the scope has been replaced by a eotech:

Other than that I have a HMR and a 870 express.

I've got an SKS too! and so does my dad. such a fun and inexpensive to shoot gun. Mine's got a monte carlo stock and scope on it. Here's an old pic of both:

Cabelas can be a little pricey.

Typically the best prices are at either sportsmansguide.com or cheaperthandirt.com.

Sometimes ammoman.com, he gives you free shipping on bulk.
