So pretty sure this kid might need to die...

you obviously need to talk to the girl. don't be a nice guy in this situation firmly tell her this dude is not worth being nice to. tell her she needs to tell her father. and who knows maybe a parents and police officer may have some insight into this situation.

but seriously talk to this girl and make her understand this kid is dangerous and don't be nice about it. make sure she understands. nothing worse than a nice girl with good intentions and a dangerous boy.
