so im really hoping to do a linclon next time out and i was wondering if anyone has any tips for me, i can do them off of benches onto the ground and whatnot...any help?

make sure you don't spin on the lip like i did, i ended up spinning a little bit on the lip and landed 90 degress on the landing. it sucked, so don't do that.

look at the horizon, look right into a point srtight ahead of you and dont turn away until you land......

The first time i tried a lincoln i did a lincoln 180, they are actually easier to spin( at least for me) they are just harder to land. Good luck with the lincoln, you should be able to do it.

also when i started doing them i wanted to throw my arms out like a cartwheel, try to keep your arms in the same position the whole trick

well kinda throw it like a cartwheel but i have seen people throw them without popping and they kinda fly off the side of the jump, you need to pop up and throw your shoulder down and keep looking at the horizon....

pop up and drop shoulder right and grab safety with right hand too, then get your head around to see your landing. i didnt wanna over do it my first time so i kept landing on my hip with the landings so i didnt mind, thats better than over rotating and killing your back. just an thought. Its easier an 3's once u get it.
