Seriously this was nothing of their business at all... I mean, even if a 10 year old kid came to the shop I work at and wanted to buy a XL t-shirt, I would not give a fuck.
 
I never understood why people connect baggy clothing with gangsterism. Baggy = comfortable to people, just how tight pants are comfortable to others. Saying someone is gangster because they have a tall tee on is like calling someone emo/gay/fag/girl for wearing tight pants.

And for the kids saying "tall tees are lame" "tall tees are stupid" us who wear them don't care! Since when did people care what other people wore? It's fucking stupid man wear what you want, think what you want, but don't open you're ignorant mouth cause we don't give a shit.
 
Obviously you care and think it looks cool. It has nothing to do with being comfortable because the extra length doesn't provide comfort over an XL tshirt. If you cared about comfort when skiing you'd be wearing a dryfit/wicking polyester shirt anyway. This is pure fashion.

And the reason they are gangsta is

1) Originally worn to hide guns in the waist of your pants

2) Made popular by gangster rap arists

So you are pretty much emulating the lifestyle of something you are not.
 
yeah what he said and also its really just the best when your quad-xl tees get wet and streched out and it looks like your wearing a bell i also like when some extra stezzy shredders wear 2 or 6 or 7 tee's at once all u are doing is adding like 3 extra lbs to ur body wieght i mean how are u going to get max air with all that weight? thats why basketball jerseys are best u can get them in 2xl and they have lots of holes in them to make the mesh lighter.
 
I find the extra length nice because i have big shoulders and a longer torso so most regular shirts feel very short on me and like most people my age i like to wear my pants around my ass, so the extra length keeps me covered and comfortable. Don't tell me what I think is comfortable boy.

You shit heads can tell me all day I'm try to be gangster and I could care less, because im not trying to be.

but any ways i think it looks so funny when a skinny white kid is wearing an xxxl tall because there is no way that that is more comfortable then just like a regular xl or something that fits a little bigger for more mobility.

And for when people ski with them, it's a personal choice. I personally think it looks sick to have a tall tee dividing up a suit. To each their own, though. If everyone liked the same stuff, it would be boring.

And to the thread story, sounds funny. People at my champs are all black, and don't even know what a tall tee is.

At footlocker they are asian guys who can't speak english, and ask what is tall tee?

They don't even have tall tees in that whole mall, and it's a bigger one.

you have got to be kidding me. tall tees are way more comfortable then those peace of shit sweat wicking shirts. I have used both and I love a tall tee, and the extra lenght feels kind of nice, I am not trying to be a thug or a gangster. but it does feel good to have a little more there other then at your belt line

and it may be fashion but so is that sweat wicking shit, it is not comfortable to me at all..and many other people who wear it amongst the football players just to fit in
