but jon, i know u got ski racks on your lambo, so could you hook me up with some to put on this?

i had an older ninja 500 for my starter bike and just got that baby on tuesday. and, what if i got studded tires and like 'training wheels' for the back, then i could totaly make it up to the ski hill. and i'd slad the skis on the side. haha priceless
 
alright good, just checking. didn't want to think you were some dumb kid that jumps into an r6, but of course if you were that dumb kid this thread would be about an r1.
 
haha oh ya i know what ya mean. i've had a lotta practice and ridden dirtbikes for a long time and my dads got 2 harleys.

my best friend totaled my bike - and my brother totaled the one my insurance company replaced it with... and its pretty tough to ask a guy in a hospital bed for a deductible check. such lucky fucks though... 9 times out of ten in both situations i woulda been lookin at a funeral.

and you should mount the skis peprindicular to the bike on the back kinda like wings, and see if that thing will get airborn
 
^ great idea. ill get the fattest skis out there, what, the pontoons or prophet 130s? then mount them perpendicular and see if i can flyyyy
 
you dont need a rack...
get a backcountry back pack and shit your skis on it, and bam problem solved...
Throw some studs on there and its set.

dont get too comfortable/cocky on it though, cause thats when shit goes bad.

i plan to buy an r6 this summer. but i'll probably get an older one - like an 02 or somewhere in that range...

i love riding motorcycles.
 
Wow, I would blame that on whoever it is that let's 14 year olds ride motorcycles on the road. There should be like cc limits on what you can ride depending on your age until you're like 21. like once you turn 18 you can go over 250 or something and once you turn 21 you can go over 600.
 
throw some snow tires on it and it'll be sweet in the snow. you'll be fine, i promise:) and mount the skis beside the seat like on a sled..
 
so true, i just took the msf course this past summer and got my license and had sooo many stupid fuckers telling me that i would be a pussy to get smaller than a 1000cc bike. people fail to realize that modern 600cc bikes are much quicker than old 1000's ever were.

that fender out from under the tail haha? i love how they switched to the gp

style exhaust on the new r6's. have fun on it.
 
nope i got it brand new. just ordered it with the customs i wanted like the ya rear signal eliminator and some carbon fiber on the tank and frame sliders and front led lights instead of the ugly sticking out ones. sounds like u know what ur talking about tho haha thats good to hear other people that know bikes on here
 
nice dude glad to hear you got some frame sliders right from the start and flush mount signals look sooo much sicker. my buddy actually dropped his 600rr THE SAME DAY he was about to install his sliders, sucked ass.

yeah ive been into bikes for so long but my parents hate the idea of me getting one so they said i can buy one once i get my own place to live. finally got my own place and im just waiting to finally have enough cash to ride.
