I had that where it drips all over everything, vitamin c and salene nose spray.

That nose spray is the only shit that will fight infection besides going to the doc and getting antibiotics.

poor kid... try taking nyquil that shit always knocks me out so that i can sleep and usually helps clear up the runny nose. hope you feel better!

 
suppositories is where its at, its the hard truth but these french ones I use are miraculous, I'm usually cured from a cold in a night and a day...

Sinus infection here. And I also have the chills, body aches, and I think a slight fever. My life is pretty much dependent on tissues at the moment. You're not alone, and yah it sucks. Claritin and Benedryl Allergy clears it up for a while for me, but I get sick because I'm allergic to cat fur (two long haired cats in my house), so I doubt that you should try the Claritin and Benedryl.

I suggest Nyquil, rest, and lots of fluids, just like everyone else has said.

 
drink so much water you have to pee every 20 mins. that's how much you'll need to get back to healthy quick. and sleep like a whole bunch, and start taking vitamin C so your next cold isn't as bad and may go away quicker.

i got that too. started sunday night when i couldnt sleep. all monday i snotted and stuffed up. skipped track because i wouldve got even more sick. now they punished me by making me miss the first meet this thursday; all because i was sick and still went to school.

those idiots, i hate track. hahahaha.
