FOR MY SISTER

she is 5'6" or 5'7", like 125lbs, and a very aggressive skier(racer), and she needs a new pow ski. to her she thinks something like 110 underfoot is way to wide, and she doesnt like the tips on moments so those are out of the question. needs to be at least 170cm, little bit of rocker is fine, she likes the look of line celebrities right now, but i feel she could do better(no hate on line), and she doesnt like fischer's freeride skis or she would just get a pair of them sense she is sponsored by them for racing

she's hawt too ima fuck her
sry jk
obsethed?? although sounds like she cares a lot about looks so you gotta find something secksy. mr ON3P tom should be recommending those, why not, get her jmo's

Is she looking mostly for women's skis, or are guys skis on her radar too.
Womens:- Armada ARvW (might be too small - they only come in 165 - but they're baller)- Surface My Life (this one is supposed to be sick - the 172 is 89 underfoot)- K2 MissBehaved or MissDemeaner (98 underfoot {more pow} and 80 underfoot {more all-mountain} respectively)- Atomic Elysian (the 171 is 92 underfoot - should be a pretty fun ski)
Mens:Armada ARv (all mountain - bigger sizes) or JJ (one of the best pow skis ever madeAtomic Bent Chetler (this one might be a little big and wide - but it's fun)Surface Watch Life (so pro - goes anywhere)K2 kung fujas (95 underfoot - nice and soft but still kills the crud)On3p Jeronimo (96 underfoot - kills it everywhere)Line Elizabeths (nice and soft, nice and wide {110 underfoot})
Hope that helps, sorry I didn't really narrow it down - but a lot of REALLY good choices.

wow, that took me awhile - when I started there were only 2 other posts
sorry for the double post.

Line Pandora's. They've got rocker, although they're 115 underfoot this year.
Volkl Kiku. Rocker, 106 underfoot, sick graphics.

191 on3p great scotts. the baby killer ski.

all the rest of testers with their racing backgrounds loved the wren and its ability to be driven. or rather rocketshipped. and thus i conclude with the 181 wrens. just lie to her about the underfoot width and hide all the rulers in your house.

i dont want her and i to have matching skis!

on3p should make a ski with more pink and more unicorns on them

new pow ski? tell her to man up and just rock a 171cm caylor. it will destory everything for her.

ok so my list so far is...

line celebrities

on3p j-mo

bluehouse mr 171

the surface womans ski

don't go with Celebrities even though she likes the graphic talk her out of it as much as possible, they are foam core - I didn't know till I snapped a pair (my cousin had them for a season cause he was to big for JRs and to small for Adults, then got new skis so we were screwing around trying 1-2 step front flips this summer and I snapped them and noticed the foam core).
my votes are ON3P or Surface, Bluehouse is sick, but I think the other two would be more fun.

Another good option might be the womens equivalent of the Shogun. I think its called the Geisha. Comes in a 173.
I would still go with the ON3Ps though.

Is this the chick I get to sleep with?
powder ski for a racer of her size. I would heavily look at the Sally Geisha or whatever is the chick version of the Shogun. That ski is pretty killer for someone who knows how to drive a ski.
ON3P jeronimo in a 171 might not be a bad idea as well, a bit on the skinny side of ideal, but the tip and tail rocker will help. My main concern with this would be that it will have a more jib feel then skis she is used to.
Forget the Kiku, that ski is balls. very similar to the new goats which suck balls, especially for someone who wants to drive a ski.
I know it is on the wide side of what she wants, but try and get her to look at the Atomic Blog in the 171 or 173 or whatever it is. The more I think about that ski the more I like the sound of it. It is 110 underfoot, but tell her with the tip and tail taper it will ski narrower. Medium tip, medium stiff mid section, soft tail.
K2 Gotback would be a good one to look at too, 102 under foot, slight rocker, no metal. solid flex through out.
Other skis I would give a good hard look at are the Blizzard argos (105mm) and Atlas (94mm). The Argos is a solid do everything ski, I had no complaints when I skied, and it did everything I told it too with ease. A nice damp feel to it. The Atlas, while more of a wide all mountain ski, is simply amazing. Those who have not skied wider rockered skis, thought it was great in soft snow. It has a nice smooth feel to it and grips the snow very well.

i'll look into the female shogon

an if you want to try billy, i guess you could, she'll be 18 in january so....

My vote goes for blends, or some LL2's if she really wants rocker.

Its too bad shes so picky about colors/ square tips/ fat skis and shit, she is holding herself back.

But then again she is a women. They know best. If the ski looks good then it will ski good right?

So i know 105 is the max but:One Life/ LAE in a 179 or 176 Billy Goat would be my first choice, would be perfect even if the doesn't know it yet.Atomic Blog 177 would also be quite good (110 underfoot) or 177 JJs.Failing persuading her to go a little wider, then I can only see one choice that fits all your criteria and that is 169 K2 Obsethed. I think it is a worse choice than the above, but at 105 under foot and 173 long it fits the mould exactly, stiff enough for a racer, floats sick and it even looks ok and no skulls this year, the 169 even comes in girl friendly purple.

no they aren't.

Celebrities are the women's version of the prophet 90, with a poplar (and possibly) balsa core. Sheet of metal and a burly construction. Coming from a racing background, they would be killer for her, but aren't a true powder specific ski. I'd go missbehaved, women's version of the obsethed (98 underfoot rocker tip and tail)

your sis is a pussy, tell her to grow some nuts and get fat skis
besides if she has nuts then victor won't be so tempted...i hope...right victor....?

first ski that came to mind and they seem to sound like the perfect ski for what you described, at least in terms of dimensions

My girlfriend has the Celebs and she loves them. The tips are pretty fat too, but if she is looking for something fatter than 90 under foot....
