I just did a frontflip off the roof of my dorm house thing and I landed on the flat and I fucked up my right foot/left calf. I think I tore my calf muscle and cracked my foot.

It fucking hurts when I twist my foot to the side and my calf can't stretch my left ankle too far. Somebody diagnose me.

and people, the hospital is a really long way from his school, rather then being sarcastic dumb ass's why not just give your opinion? rather then telling him to waste a bunch of gas and drive for like an hour.
 
DIY circumcision... you will need a butter knife, toenail clippers a bottle of cheap vodka, and a

...or just ice and elevate your foot. Your choice, but no good stories begin with "So I was Icing my foot"
 
i say take a couple advil or tylenol and ice it or w/e... wait until tomorrow to see how it feels
 
Dr. NS is here...where did you take the impact on your foot? was it the balls of your foot or your heel or flat foot? where does it hurt? As for your calf, I would say you should just wait to see how it feels in a few days, and if its just a strain it will slowly but surely go away.

AKA I was going to try one anyways since I was feeling especially hyper and whatnot, and I was going to go talk to a teacher. So I had about 10 minutes, and some dudes were just fuckin around on a pillar and they were joking saying "oh someone flip off it" and so I was like "aight" so I went, did a back and a misty (both landing backwardS) and then I decided to step it up since I had a little audience now. so I go up to the roof outside my room (10 feet up or so) and I frontflip off of it. Bad idea. I've done stuff like that before, so I just go for it. I land hard, but no problems, roll out (ninja style) come up, and then I realize my foot is kind of hurting. I play it off to a round of applause and then when I start limping off they're all like "oh are you ok?" and I thought I was. Now, 4 hours later, I'm not so sure haha. I'm almost positive I have a fractured foot and a really badly pulled calf.
 
lol, I know how you feel. except I was black-out drunk and jumped off a trailer roof at a skatepark. it sucks waking up with a hangover, a bruised heel and sprained ankle.

sounds like you stretched or tore a ligament.

you should go see a doctor, and get an xray to see if a bone chipped, cause sometimes the ligament might tear some bone off. youll probably be on crutches for a few days or weeks, then switch to an aircast or something

i tore one back in november playing football because my ankle rolled inwards (so the sole of my foot was facing my other foot). the right side started hurting, and everytime i repeated the motion of leaning my foot in, it killed. dont strain it for like 5 weeks. i skied after just 3 weeks, and it was a horrible idea. it didnt hurt in the ski boot, but afterwards it killed and could barely walk. same thing happened every time i skiied this year. i still can run without it hurting after a little bit, and had to miss lacrosse.
