So i was in this hotel...

I went to a hotel and walked up to the front desk to check in. The woman at the desk gave me my key and told me that on the way to my room, there was a door with no number that was locked and no one was allowed in there. Especially no one should look inside the room, under any circumstances. So I followed the instructions of the woman at the front desk, going straight to my room, and going to bed. The next night my curiosity would not leave me alone about the room with no number on the door. I walked down the hall to the door and tried the handle. Sure enough it was locked. I bent down and looked through the wide keyhole. Cold air passed through it, chilling my eye.

What I saw was a hotel bedroom, like mine, and in the corner was a woman whose skin was completely white. She was leaning her head against the wall, facing away from the door. I stared in confusion for a while. I almost knocked on the door, out of curiosity, but decided not to. This disinclination saved my life. I crept away from the door and walked back to my room. The next day, I returned to the door and looked through the wide keyhole. This time, all I saw was redness. I couldn’t make anything out besides a distinct red color, unmoving. Perhaps the inhabitants of the room knew I was spying the night before, and had blocked the keyhole with something red.

At this point I decided to consult the woman at the front desk for more information. She sighed and said, "Did you look through the keyhole?" I told her that I had and she said, "Well, I might as well tell you the story. A long time ago, a man murdered his wife in that room, and her ghost haunts it. But these people were not ordinary. They were white all over, except for their eyes, which were red."

Upstairs

When I was a child my family moved to a big old two-floor house, with big empty rooms and creaking floorboards. Both my parents worked so I was often alone when I came home from school. One early evening when I came home the house was still dark. I called out, "Mum?" and heard her sing song voice say "Yeeeeees?" from upstairs. I called her again as I climbed the stairs to see which room she was in, and again got the same "Yeeeeees?" reply. We were decorating at the time, and I didn't know my way around the maze of rooms but she was in one of the far ones, right down the hall. I felt uneasy, but I figured that was only natural so I rushed forward to see my mum, knowing that her presence would calm my fears, as a mother's presence always does. Just as I reached for the handle of the door to let myself in to the room I heard the front door downstairs open and my mother call "Sweetie, are you home?" in a cheery voice. I jumped back, startled and ran down the stairs to her, but as I glanced back from the top of the stairs, the door to the room slowly opened a crack. For a brief moment, I saw something strange in there, and I don't know what it was, but it was staring at me.

its really really foggy outside and its been raining on and off along with thunder and lightening all day and the weather should be grungy for a while. (canceled my school soccer tournament :/ and played in the rain today) so the weather is kinda inspiring me to get into these stories.

this one is true and the weirdest of all. if you have a few mins then read it. its sick.

Residence

Jessica was a freshman at college and had been living with her new roommate in residence for 2 months. they had become friends, and things were going well. One night, jessica went to the library to study. she went back to her room around 8 oclock, after dark, because she had forgotten one of her textbooks. she entered the small room, but the lights were off. she figured her roommate was sleeping, so she didn't turn on the lights. she rummaged through her desk and found the book, then left the room silently.

an hour later, she went back to her residence, to see police cars and an ambulance parked outside. the door to her room was taped off and the police were inside. her roommates body was in a body bag on the floor, her bedsheets were covered in blood. the police took her aside and asked her if she could explain something. on the wall beside the roommates bed, a message had been scrawled into the paint crudely, with a knife. the message read: "aren't you glad you didn't turn on the lights?"

i can't see that being true, especially the part about the guys ripping out the soldiers testicles and throats

everything seemed a little ridiculous, in addition to the fact that it was COMPLETELY ridiculous

The hands down scariest moment of my life came when I was thirteen. My parents always worked late, so most days I would get a ride home from a friend after school. So one day I came home and I had just gotten out of the shower when my buddy called the house phone about something. Probably girls. I don't remember what. What's important is at the time I did not have a cell phone or anything, so with me on the land-line, all the phones were tied up.
We talked for about fifteen minutes when the overhead bathroom fan turned on by itself. I tried flipping the switch a bunch of times but it wouldn't go off. After maybe a minute, it shut off so I attributed it to some sort of electrical short. At about the time that it stopped, the phone started beeping to tell me there was a call waiting. So I of course asked my friend to hold on, and changed lines. It was a woman, who without waiting for me to say hello, asked, "Are you eighteen". When I asked who she was she just repeated the question. After a couple more tries, I answered "no", and then the line went dead.
I still didn't really think too much about it. I switched back to my friend and commented on how weird that it all was. That was when the shit hit the fan. The fan started again in the bathroom, and then i could hear it in my parents bathroom. They sounded like they had way too much electricity pumping through them and were running in overdrive or something. All the lights then came on (it was the middle of the day, so none of them were already on) and started flickering. So i was, understandably, pretty freaked out. But then the phone started ringing.
Now, you have to remember that I was on the phone still at this point. We had some fairly new wireless phones, and one corded phone. I was on one of the wireless, because the corded phone wasn't plugged into anything, and was sitting in my closet. Meaning that there is no way it could have had a call. But it was ringing. And ringing louder.
This was the point where I did what any sensible thirteen year-old boy would do. I ran for my life. And the next day I took a hammer to that phone and busted the shit out of it.

i thought it was going to happen. but its pretty funny if you just dont read the last sentence, and then you get bel aired. i get a laugh every time.
