So I quit school today...

Right just thought i should share this story with you all..

Back ground info: I currently compete Europa/Nor-am moguls and have to spend 6-8weeks of the winter out of school travelling, I asked the school for the relevant work and it was never received.

Basicly I just got back from school, I only went in today with the intention of leaving and filling in the necessary forms. So anyway I went into school and collected a leaving form and set off to get all the relevant signatures from my teachers and return books to them all went well and then I had to collect the main signature from my headteacher. So i walked into her office and asked her to sign the form, she obliged and then asked me 'why are you leaving?' to which I replied 'I'm kinda over school, infact I'm too hot for it' she took a momentary pause and then asks 'well what are you going to do' I replied 'I'm going skiing' and walked out.

Looking back it even makes me laugh.
 
This is so true Longley is far to hot for school intact he's the hottest shit in the world right now incase the above members ^^ hadn't realized who starts this thread

side note...

As Longley walked out of the office with his tall tee dragging on the ground he cracked open a 40oz took a puff on a blunt pulled his headphones up over his ears, hyphy beats were banging out.. He popped his collar snapped his wrist and afterbanged so hard tha door fell off

Yeh i quit school (formal education) for bumps, because i just qualified for world cup i got offered a sports scholarship with a University. So I am still in education its just formatted around me being able to ski everyday of the winter :)

ok well that that makes your story better. no need to tell u how ur life is gonna go down the shitter, cause atleast ul still be schooling in the summer
 
congrats man, sounds like its a good choice. now you are in a school that understands you are an athlete and you travel so they will plan around that. good luck man
 
yo, at first it was whack but university is always a good idea. keep it up man.

and why is noone reading the thread. oh and good job on world cup qualifying, do NS proud, afterbang as hard as you can as often as you can.

at first i thought you were an idiot. i still partially feel taht way, but not as much anymore, because of the whole thing with the university. that makes it a lot better, and i am partially jealous
 
thanks for all the guys who actually read the full story and understand the situation i am in.. its so hard trying to balance skiing with regular school. anyway thanks for all the support aswell.

wow, people really need to start reading this thread. He did not quit all schooling! He's going to a school that will be more centralized around the fact that he is apparently a kick ass mogul skier. So stop saying shit about him failing or mooching off parents and friends and shit, and just fucking read

thats balla. at my school, my mom just tells the school she homeschools me and so i get creds for pe for skiing and other shit like that.

i am based in the UK and spend a few months a year on snow. anyway college in the UK is 16-18 and Uni generally starts at 18, I've started at 17
