I decided to watch forward after watching refresh(and Ill get to the other 8 soon), and even though while watching the movie, I knew almost every shot that was coming up next(I watched this movie a lot back in the day). These are the things I forgot about/havent thought about in a while:

watching older ski movies is pretty awesome. It's amazing how far skiing has come and all the stuff you forget or dont think of anymore. It's really wierd this movie was made around 7 years ago and is the movie that got me into freeskiing. It feels like yesterday that I was watching this all the time.
 
where would i go about getting a copy of an older movie like this? I'd love to watch one just to see the progression
 
solid movie. candide hitting that hip is probably my favourite shot, or anything with parkasaurus. also those glacier gaps with pep and mike douglas.
 
Crichton has a good seg in that movie.

I remember when a lot of people were saying JR was going to be the next big thing. He was invited to parkasaurus and everything.
 
Forward will always have a special place in my heart/movie collection. I love seeing local stuff and love the Newfoundland section. Not to mention Hibbert...

Probably why I bough 2 copies (1 stand alone and the 6 pack)
 
yea man i re watched propaganda the other day which was the movie that got me into freeskiing and i was super pumped on it. tanner was sooooooooo young.

 
I have all of them except turbo but my neighbor has it. Watch Balance right before you watch Refresh...mind blowing.
