im pretty pissed. the first one, i hit a pot hole that threw me into a guard post, then i snapped my front axle. the cop didnt even give me a written warning, because he said it completely wasnt my fault. this one was tho. if anyone knows where ski sundown is in new hartford, ct is theyll know what im talking about. i was coming into new hartford from canton on 44 and following some guy, and we were both waiting to turn left onto 219 off of 44, right next to the dunkin donuts. he went first, but there was a car coming so i couldnt go right away. when i could turn i did, and i didnt see(there was a line of traffic) that the guy was waiting to turn left into dunkin donuts. i didnt have enough time to stop and i crashed into him. worst thing is that i was driving my dads jaguar (hes so fucking obsessive about that car its not even funny). now my car insurance is going to skyrocket and my parents are gunna freak out at me. oh, and i almost forgot, the car was about 2 months expired on registration, so i got an extra 93 dollar charge added onto the ticket. so now my insurance is gonna go from about 2grand because of my first accident to about 50000000 because of this one. im pretty much fucked.

sparknotes: some guy turned left at a stoplight, but i couldnt see that he stopped because of a big suv, so i hit him. ive already gotten in 1 accident before so now im fucked.
 
shitty dude. that sort of thing happens though. your parents will spaz but i wouldnt beat yourself up over it.

it only makes you a better driver.
 
ride the bus dude, its cheap, you dont have to pay insurence, and you're promoting a green lifestyle. carpooling is the shit.
 
i dont go to public school, so the bus doesnt pick me up at my house. it would pick my up like 15 mins away at about 6 45, when i normally leave my house at 7 10ish. and this happened while i was running errands for my mom, so the bus wasnt really an option.
 
is the only reason its not an option is because you're too lazy to walk for 15 minutes? or is it because broke your leg, or knee, or are in some other way disabled?

seriously, getting up a 20 min earlier and going for a 15 minute walk isnt going to kill you, infact is going to save you 2g's+ every 6 months.

 
shitty. i just got a speeding ticket. sucks balls my first one. i had thought i was invincible because ive gotten like4 warnings, but i learned my lesson, no more speeding for me
 
I once got a speeding ticket, but the first words that came out of my mouth were " I'm sorry I was speeding, but I have to go to the bathroom REALLY badly." And the cop just waved me through with a quick warning.
 
no, not a 15 min walk, id be fine with that. its a 15 min drive, which defeats the purpose of taking the bus. whats the point of taking the bus if you have to drive to the bus stop. its like 8 miles from my house. i live in the middle of nowhere, really rural town, so my only option is really driving, but i keep getting in fucking accidents.
 
that sucks dude. my dads the same way about his car, hes got a Jaguar XJR and hes never gonna let me drive it because of this reason.
 
yeah, this thing is really nice. 2000 XJ8 Lseries. things mint, but now its got a fucking bumper crack and makes a nasty noise when you turn the wheel right. im so mad
 
so i just went out to look at the car, and i noticed that the whole front bumper has shifted about 2 inches left and 1 inch back. fuck my life.
 
Yeah dude accidents suck, i had a couple when i first started driving when i was like 15. It's all good, you'll be fine, shit sucks but everything always works out. On the other had, i crashed my 4000 dollar 1990 honda accord, not a 2008 jaguar...
 
I live in Summit County ( where Breck, Copper, Keystone and A-basin are located) we ahve a free city bus system...its pretty nice..i have been thinking about taking it now that gas is at like $4/gal.

Anyway sucks to hear that though....
 
one of the worst feelings in the world, after prom I back out of my driveway, and smashed my moms car, ugh.

I wish we had that here since the bus is so expensive. It starts at 2,80€ even if you just take it to the next stop. Luckily i turn 18 next year so i get a license but the gas is 1,5€/litre already, so im pretty much fucked in any case.
 
There was literally a huge wreck right infront of my house today. I had to call 911 and stuff, it was freaky, she lost all her tires when she spun out, and she was pretty badly hurt.
