So i just found out my friends dad got arrested...

I came home just a little while ago from my softball games, and i began to read the weekly press of my town, go straight to the police log becuase it entertains me to see the worthless arrests and what not of the small town police, and i read that a guy of the age of 49 got arrested for possesion of weed at a dicky betz concert that was in my town, and the dude is my friends dad from college, who lives in the town over, my friend told me he smokes too and i knew it right away, i was speechless
 
my county paper got messed up and put my sisters friends mom on the counties mast wanted list for like somthin stupid not anything bad and man was she pissed

What would the founding fathers think if they knew people are going to jail for possessing a goddamn plant that comes from the earth?
 
This one time at my cousins wedding, my cousin got a dui and my uncle got arrested for public drunkenness or whatever. Anyways, the town has like 2000 people so my uncle and my cousin were both in the paper that week (not really sure why) needless to say my grandma was a wreck because all her old friends were like "oh mary i saw your son and grandson in the paper!"
 
i fucking hate that shit. people need to mind their own business and not be such gossip queens and actually more productive things with their lives.
 
its pretty entertaining reading the police logs around here too, since there's almost always a parent i know in there for DUI, or someone i went to high school with will be in there for something. it was awkward when my mom saw my dance teacher got busted for possession of marijuana and furnishing alcohol for minors. hahaha
 
thats so awkward. i hate it when my parents see a kid thats in my highschool in the po logs and asks me about it.
