torin is the best pro skier out there just because he is so stoked to be in the position he is in and is so thankful, unlike some others, whos name rhymes with shannon douchemont
 
definitely wasn't as crazy as a triple........ switch lincoln/switch flat 3 is really that crazy of a trick.... unless on a huge jump
 
I didn't say it was. But, I admit I did exaggerate the craziness of the switch flat 3. Both of those tricks are still pretty insane.
 
has anyone else done one of those switch flat 3s? people have been talking that trick for so long
 
Thats because simon has been in the game for so long. getting beat by someone half your age must not feel super good. His bitchiness is understandable.
 
Simon's not really ungrateful, he just has one of the most, if not the most competitive mindset in the sport right now and I cannot see how thats a bad thing.
 
they're not hard to throw really, just really challenging to land cleanly because you're blind the whole way through the trick
 
yea i remember seeing colby west try one in claim, but it was really just a switch backy with a japan
 
fuck you he is happy to have made it. plus hes way better than you will ever be. he even said he was just so happy to be able to ski everyday and travle the world and meet new people.
 


never once did i say that simon was a bad a skier, but his actions have shown that he is out to there not to have but to win, which i dont like, when torin got a higher score then him at x-games it looked like he was about to cry where when torin was beaten my kevin rolland, he was still stoked and super happy for him that is something that i admire, and as you saw in this video the smile on his face is priceless, and everytime i see an edit form him or he is in a comp he is always smiling.
 
i really hate watching that. That's why we never should have invented water ramps. At least that way if your gonna learn triples you at least have to have a pair of nuts
 
Simon Dumont has a lot of sponsor pressure behind him and they expect him to produce results! You cant have fun when youre stressed the f out.

He treats skiing as a business (which it is for him) so he's really hard on himself.

Torin is like 15...what does he have to worry about?

Pull some old footy of Simon and tell me he isnt smiling all the time...years later tho..shit got real lol
 
anyone else hear that HARKIN BANKS landed a TRIPLE in a competition at squaw???? wish i had that footy right now.
 
Nick Goepper is also really sick i met him at dumont cup in ME. Hes a super nice kid. he also has mad skills at slopestyle for his age. reminds me of tyw alot.
