yep, i finally did it, im that guy.

anyway, i just felt like venting and letting my story out so here it goes:

last semester i had the 'privelage' if you will, to have the ability to make fake ids, good money aye.

some kid gets caught, and an 'ongoing investigation' led to my arrest in april. high class tho, they called me up and told me to come down to the station in a couple days since i wasnt in my room when they stormed in, haha.

anyway, state eventually drops the case against me, apparently due to fucked up paper work or something...who cares i got off

a day before spring break, friday, aka completely wasted thursday night and hungover horribly, 8am rolls up and Judicial Affairs calls, saying to come in immediately for a conference. i go in, bombarded by paperwork and some woman telling me it doesnt matter i got off with the state the school is gonna fuck me anyway

ANYWAY, that puts me on whats called 'Deferred Suspension', until May 05

so lucky me, this semster rolls around, i was thrown off campus so i got this sweet house with some friends, mainly rugby players, and everything is good, i stay off campus so i cant get caught for anything since i dont wanna get expelled.

anyway, rugby season ends, so we have our yearly tradition of Initiation, which isnt that bad, at ALL.

rookies get a scavenger list to start the night off, and one of the things on the list concerned us officers, a fire extinguisher....knowing this will cause trouble we cross it off and write NOT to get number 26 on the list...

unbeknownst to us that night, we continue inititation even tho 2 freshman got written up for 'stealing a fire extinguisher from the dorms for rugby initiation @ '

later that week we get notice our team is on suspension and for the officers to call judicial affairs...sure enuff, same woman, explaining how horrible Hazing is and how bad kids could get hurt blah blah we didnt do shit to these kids, it was all in good fun

after a completely one sided conference, our points basically not mattering at all, me, and 4 other officers got charged with this:

acts of dishonesty

harassment

HAZING

reckless endangerment

and disorderly conduct

there is a way to go to a court-like hearing, but we woulda been fucked so we were forced to sign a bargain type of deal, resulting in the others Defered suspension, and my suspension since i was already on deferred....

they told us, even with testimonies from the rookies that it was completely voluntary and we didnt even force a single person to do anything, that i still would have probably been expelled, so my suspension is 'lucky' to say the least

college judicial systems are fucked up, i mean sure i fucked up, but this is bullshit, i might lose my scholarship when i return and then i dunno if i can afford school anymore, all because i was in my house when kids were here drinking, even tho i was off campus, and because what they call 'hazing' occured here, even tho we could prove the 'code of conduct' defination of hazing wrong.....bah

oh, plus couple this with my taking 18 credits, intense stress of finals coming up, my first two anxiety attacks/nervous breakdowns type thigns where i completely break down

its been a good couple weeks for me

im going to killington tommorow for my first day on snow just because i KNOW itll help me relax

yeah, my university court is hilarious, they always hand down sentences like going to drug and alcohol awareness meetings and campus service, then you don;t go, then they withold your grades, a real joke basically. and the hazing shit is stupid, my rugby team got in shit because of that too. completly voluntary.....

dam bro, youve gone a long way since COC a couple years ago. Dont blame you, ive gone and got myself in just as deep. Maybe its got something to do with the PY connection, who knows. Anyways, yeah, university justice systems are totally out of line in the punishments they hand out. They are unable to handle delicate situations in the manner in which they are meant to be handled. So you basically got kicked out of school 2 weeks before finals?

they havent fucked me over at all. I am merely an observer who has seen 2 friends implicated for the actions of another person. A guy was yelling at a girl, my 2 buds were sitting around doing nothing. When the girl called public safety, she gave the 2 guys names along with the guy who was actually doing something just cuz she doesnt like the 2 guys. So now they are facing a possible expulsion for having done nothing at all. Thats why ya dont want to go to SU kids.
