So I got Arrested...

haha i got a ticket for disorderly conduct b/c i was throwing water balloons off a dorm building at people in the middle of the night... i got an ACD and had to stay out of trouble for 6 months to get it erased from my record, given only like 2 months of it were in the winter so it didn't kill me too much not to hit any urban. I feel like the severity of your situation is a little greater than mine, but all the same it's probably a good idea to lay off the urban for a while.
 
I just started hitting urban last season and we got caught on our second rail at the university of pittsburgh, needless to say the cop was super cool, the convo went something like "you guys cant do this cause its a fucking war memorial, cmon what do you think the soldiers would say."  he then proceeded to give us recommendations on different rails around campus that he thought would look good on video

Wtf? My buddy got charged with possesion for resin in a bowl literally 2 weeks ago. I don't know what the fuck your talking about. Unless its a wicked new law then ill feel like a tool...

the cops in my town were like wow he good and was liek i let you hit that rail couple more times and then please leave probably beacasue he nvm saw people on skis out side of a mountain
 
hes so stupid. doesnt ur school teach u these things?

always ask if he has a warrent and ask to see it if he says yes. and say you know ur rights.
 
two words...probable cause.

When I got busted it was a similar situation...someone was "moving around suspicously" in the backseat of the car. no need for a warrant if they have something they can consider probable cause, no matter how bogus it may be.
 
I cant believe your friend let them search his car. all he had to say was "sorry I dont consent to searches"
 
haha try that... see what happens. Odds are they will pull the probable cause card, then it doesn't matter what you consent to. It will probably make them even more suspicious if anything.
 
yea, but at least you said it. So when you're in court you can hope the judge or jury doesn't think his reason is good enough.

But most likley the cops will say they smell something and there's no way to prove otherwise. So yea you're fucked in the ass with a badge.

And yea if you say that they will probably search your vehicle. So if you don't have anything make sure to say it to waste his pig ass time.
