So, was driving bout half asleep to school this morning.. running way late and couldn't be late because i had mass test'age to do today, two tests in my ap and honors course. Anyway, I'm not even focusing on anything cept my one lane, so im fucking BOOKIN it, at one time i didnt even realize it... b ut was going 115 (my car only goes to 125) and then was like, SHIT I GOTTA SLOWWW DOWN!.. so, i slowed down.. and then i guess i passed a cop bout a mile down the highway... and he pulled me over bout a mile and a half later... 101 in a 65, how long would you lose your license, being a minor, in your state? My guess is i got 3 months of no driving. which sucks..

one love.

what you do about your tests?

thats reckless driving. it could be an automatic 1 year suspension if you are under 18

I'll drive it untill the wheels fall off, then I'll buy new wheels!

i went 79 in a 50 and i had kids in the car so its like 8 points off my liscense and you only get 6 points when your 16 and i have to go to court in like two months so i dont know what the hells gonna happen.

I don't have enough information to draw any conclusions yet.

Few things:

#1. What state jurisdiction was the ticket in? Vermont?

#2. What are your current charges as listed on the ticket? Did you get negligent operation/wreckless driving/ felony speed/ or any other violations??

#3. Do you have any prior convictions or charges on your record? If so, what are they?

#4. Was this on an interstate? In Vermont, there are numerous laws that regulate freeways/highways and not interstates.

#5. What's your age?

#6. How long have you had your liscense?

Answer those for me, and then we can get somewhere.

In New Hampshire, if you are under 20 and get a moving violation, it's an automatic 20 day suspension no matter the circumstances; 2nd violation, it's 40 days and so forth.

a kid in my school was racing his friend on his street, and they didn't notice the cop sitting at the end of the road. 115 on a 25

i don't want this to get out too far but i heard ninthward has sex with armada-Twix_182

The ticket was in Ohio. I do not have any other charges, it says total of 2, but, I don't really understand that. He checked the "over limit" box, and then got 101 in the mph line. He didnt even check the "Unsafe under conditions" box or anything like that.. so, only over limit. The other thing he filled out under "other charges" just simply says.. Juvenile Traffic Offender. I have never had any other charges, nothing at all. No driving charges, no other charges, totally clean. Yes, it was interstate, I-71, not that you had to know that. I'm 16, nearly 17, and have had my license for almost a year now. That's all i got.

was that brian r?

Anyway, a gas station we pass. We got gas, and ran off to get grub.It was a nice little pub in the middle on nowhere. Anywhere woulda been better. I ordered enchiladas and I ate 'em, Ali had the fruit punch.

You should just have to pay a big fine, and thats pretty much it. What you could do is set a pretrial for the ticket, where you would go talk to the judge, say you learned your lesson and explain why you were speeding (classes), and then sometimes they will reduce the points or fine on the ticket.

or you could take a driving class also, that usually cuts the points in half when you go to court cause that's probably what it says on the ticket or the class will give you half of your tickets after you pay the fine as long as you tell the DMV.
