Yeah, i got a dui about a year ago when i was 16, i lost my licence for a year, gotta take these classes and all that bullshit and its almost time for me to get it back. July 3rd is the day i can i think. I just dont know how to go about getting it back. Do i got to the dmv or what. any of you have any experience with this??
 
yup, i got one in september. you should have gotten a letter in the mail about getting your license back, i've gotten like 5, you have to get your license reinstated which costs about 450 dollars here in ohio, just gotta go to the bmv and pay that shit, its all about the money. i've already taken all the classes and shit i can't wait to get my license back now. it might be different for you tho cuz your a minor and im 19
 
Why don't you just make a designated driver? That seems a bit excessive.

And the worst thing about getting any tickets (especially DUI) is your insurance bump. Your insurance is gonna cost a bunch now.
 
In California a DUI is a felony if you crash and cause injury to anyone other then yourself or if you have 3-4 (not sure) or more convictions for DUI.
 
Well now if you're a JO (Junior Operator) if you have a listerine strip you will come out as having to much "alcohol" on your breath if they breathalize you because they lowered the amount you can have to something rediculous but that isn't likely to happen but I think 1 is a mistake and you can learn your lesson even though you shouldn't have been driving drunk anyways but if you do it again that's a much bigger problem...Wow that went really far off topic but I'm baked so I don't care...
