heres what you have to do, move the limewire thing into the recycleling bin and download ares. www.aresgalaxy.com faaaar less viruses if any, your computer will thank you.

i downloaded it like two weeks ago, everything works fine, free as can be, the only thing that doesn't work, it asks for a licence when you try to watch a movie. works fine for music and pics?????

get ares, seriously, i've had it forever and it has given me no problems, i used to have limewire and it blew up my computer, like the hardrive was completely erased. and ares is free, preimeium isnt, just like most other downloading things.

try running limewire.exe in cmd. it might work. once you get it open then you should download limewire pro

i liked ares, but it just quit one day, and didnt work at all. so now i have limewire, and its great. theres tons of underground bands, so its cool.

It is free. the Dot com site is a rip off trying to make money off of other peoples hard work. And it works great for me. Except once it stoped working all together, So i just re-installed it and its worked perfectly ever since.

none of this shit gives you viruses if you get good virus scan and dont dl stupid files. i dl a shitload of stuff and have never gotten a virus.
