aight so my cousin gave me one of his old shirts the other day because it was too small on him. i really had no idea what to do with it until this morning when i got the idea to "upgrade" it. anyhow, its just a normal size Large t-shirt. So i wanted to see if i could somehow make it into a sick tall-ish tee. anyhow if you soak a shirt in water and then stretch it out and and let it hangdry you can make it bigger by like two sizes. so i did that and waited until it dried.

then i sketched a picture that i wanted to draw on it while i was waiting so when it was dry i could "upgrade" it.

so after like an hour of sketching first in pencil and then in marker and then finishing this was my finalized product.

the iSki thing shouldve been a joke on iPod or whatever. anyways i think it was a pretty good use of time. let me know what you guys think.

nice shirt and sweet idea - but what would happen when it goes through the wash, would it smudge?

i just used some sharpies...

and about going through the wash, make sure that you hand wash the shirt before you through it into the wash with your other clothes because the colors do come out a little bit. all the colors fade by like 20% but they definitely stay after the wash.

thanks for the imput guys..

Nice work, the drawing is sweet. Although a lot of the stretching you did will likely shrink back in the wash...so hopefully the drawings don't get too scrunched up. Looks ill now though.

thats soooo sick dude! mad props. you are a very talented artist...and i love the iski! hehe. you should make stickers or something! hehe. so my question...will the shirt shrink back down in the wash or do you have to stretch it and let it hang dry every time???

Yeah so i had another shirt and got bored today so i drew on this one

too. i think it turned out well except for the stupid fucking moon. i

fucked that up big time with the lame ass cloud there, i'll probably

redo it onto another shirt without it. theres a gay logo right there so

i tried putting sometihng over it but it didtn turn out too well... here it is.

ok and guys i suggest NOT FILLING IN LETTERS WITH SHARPIE!!!. i washed the shirt today, the yellow one and the red fill of the letter "S" bled. not super gnarly but it definitily bled and kinda ruined the shirt. the black stayed fine with out a problem but if anybody is going to fill letters that they write on a shirt, definitly do it with fabric paint. just a warning...

You can just buy laundry markers for like marking your socks and clothes and stuff, those dont bleed at all. One of my freinds made me a sick sweatshirt with those and its 100% legit

how was that doing something useful? did you not go shoot up orsomething, so therefor you were like O i did something useful. go save children in the ghetos or better yet africa, that would be doing something useful.

well i recycled an old shirt that i normally wouldnt wear. i saved some money by not going out and buying a shirt because i was in need of one. i didnt spend all day sitting on my ass...

and dont even pull the "well you could have given the shirt to charity" or that bullshit, im in europe right now and there isnt a charity store for like 2000 miles in any direction. oh yeah and if the only things you consider useful are saving children in the ghetto or africa, then i'd be willing to bet that you have lived a completely useless life. nothing against you, but maybe rethink your idea of useful unless you make a trip to africa every other month to fight against famine.
