First of all: all you gun haters should shut the fuck up, as it has been said, just because you don't own a gun does not mean they have no purpose, or that someone else shouldn't own one, they are useful tools, and alot of fun when handled safely... but like any tool, if they are mistreated they can be dangerous.

Second: You are fucking 17 years old, there is a reason they have a legal age to purchase a firearm, it's because shit like this happens, you are clearly not responsible enough, or mature enough to own a gun.

Third: Deny, Deny, Deny...if you can't get the gun back, just deny ever having possesed it, adn/or any knowledge of it's existence. There is no paper trail (since you're not of legal age to have it, and therefore, bought it illegaly), so there is no way to prove you ever had the alleged gun.

Fourth: If you do indeed, live in Washington D.C. - it makes no difference, because it's illegal to own, or have a gun in your possesion within the city limits, so this kids dad can't have it either.

Fifth: Please stop being such a fucktard, you've clearly gotten into trouble with the law before, and the last thing you need is to fuck up your life more. Stop doing illegal (and completely idiotic) things and get your life straightened out.

right now if the thread is real, you have some problems. in the us you need to be 21 before you can own a handgun in your name and you need a concealed weapons permit. You knowingly bought a stolen gun, handled the gun, lost the gun. If whoever stole the gun shoots anyone, and your name has already been connected to it, along with your finger prints, you could be looking at a lot of charges. Fix it and get a lawyer.
