This kid Trent stole a gun from This kid Phil.

I bought the gun off trent.

Phil's dad is calling the cops tommrow if he doesnt get the gun back.

My friend P had the gun last night when he got really wasted and had a party at 1 am.

He woke up and it was gone along with a handle and a watch.

This shiesty kid Sam stole my keg years ago and has a long record of stealing was at the party with some friends.

He left with 3 kids. after they tried to steal a paintball gun.

Ive spent all day breaking into kids houses and knocking on doors.

If i dont get the gun back whats the deal?

Phil knows i have the gun.

call his dad and tell him you didnt know it was stolen and then it ended up getting stolen from you somehow, shit happens, tell him you are going out of your way to get this gun back and you dont want to deal with the cops at all (tell him you were on probation and thats the last thing you want) Tell him if you cant find it, you will give him the money for a new gun. Thats about the best thing i can think of. Tell him you bought the gun in the first place to shoot for target practice for fun but had no idea it was stolen.

First of all there is absolutely no proof that you bought the gun, only word of mouth which isnt shit. If that kids dad calls the cops what the fuck can they do? Nothing, they can maybe search your shit, which is also very unlikely, but even if they do, you don't have the gun so they arent gonna find shit. Just deny ever having possession of or buying the gun, theres no way to prove you did.

Go to a store and get one and if you aren't old enough to buy maybe it is because you are mature enough to know how to handle one. And everyone else saying there's no reason for a gun is just as ignorant. Just because YOU don't have a need for a gun doesn't mean no one else does. Obviously this 17 year old kid doesn't, but saying there's no need for anyone to have one is just plain unintelligent.
 
hmmmm i feel like its not a great idea to break into someones house that you KNOW has a stolen gun (aka bullets cant ness be traced back to the real owner) then demand for the gun back. do what you gotta do, but i somehow think 6 holes through your torso would really put a damper on ur ski season
