im guessing that NSers go skiing on saturdays

so how was it?

there was this dope corrugated pipe jib at my mountain, fun to spin on and off of
 
i had to work all morningg

but i went to boreal after and the jumpline was pretty sick, landings were pretty short though.
 
i woke up at 4pm... then made breakfast and watched big mammas house 2

cant get myself to wake up early enough to ski these days
its all about the night sessions
 
uh.. i fell alot and got really sore and tired and cold and icy.. but overall it was quite epic cause i landed my first 5 and slid our double kink first try
 
it was fun. really windy at times, so i didnt go too high on the mountain. but there was some nice snow in spots. wasnt too cold. it was a good, not great, day out on the hill
 
one word..................HOMEWORK. Lets make that that six.........FUCKING HOMEWORK RUINS MY FUCKING LIFE!
 
it was awesome, i did my biggest spins today, i have done one 9 before, but today i did a huge 5 with a nose grab over like a 50 footer, so im pretty stoked, by biggest, i mean most airtime, also i prepped al day today for trying a cork tomorrow i have tried 2 at northstar and fell on both of them
 
Tog? It's been in pretty bad shape. We worked on that jump all morning only to have the big air postponed.
 
made my dfd in my yard...worked great with my new invaders. i had the ACT's this morning so i didnt go to a hill just built shit all day
 
pretty bad. I thought I'd been throwing corks but apparently I only throw them every 5 or so jumps, I always go inverted other times. It rained this morning which fucked up the powder, but it was decent anyways. Got some dope footage, getting it monday. Best of all, I get to ski again tomorrow.
 
well i was skiing 30 inches of powder to day. it was soo nice. did alot of ones off of cliffs. practiced riding switch in deep powder. hit a few b.c booters. and just shreaded the really nice snow. it was one hell of a day.
 
i was skiing the park city park and it was 40 degrees out so i ripped in my sweatshirt all day.

how do you think it was?
 
there was wet snow and a little rain so it messed with visibility and it was slow but still a decent day at blue
 
My imaginary mountain got like 35cm of power! Crazy I know. I was bombing down runs with T-Hall and Seth all day. We were doing mad tricks; Lincoln 9's over helicopters and shit. Oh, and Metallica was there too, playing requests down at the lodge, which also has an East Side Marios.

Meh, in real life I actually did some more research for this midterm paper due in a week or so.
 
well, today i was mt. rose and im not sure how big that jump was, but it was definetly my biggest spin ever, and im guessing it was around 40-50, but sometimes i ski at northstar or boreal
 
god it sucked. this last week we got about 4 feet of pow so today i finally got up there, hiked up to my fav pow stash, dropped in and imediatly broke through a crust of slush and went boot deep into the wettest snow ive ever been in. i couldnt turn AT ALL. when i got down the hill it was raining. so i completly missed out on some chest deep pow because it warmed up to much. fuck
 
ive hit squaw twice this season, unfortunately i cant drive though so i have to go wherever my parents want to take me, which is ususally rose because we live in reno, but yah i have hit rose like 10-15 days this season, boreal 3-5 times, northstar 7 or 8 times and squaw twice, havent hit alpine in like three years though
 
It was pretty good, I spent a good part of the day hitting up this gap to pillow type thing, and just messin around skiing switch in some of the pow that was left from thursday's storm.
 
i know dude, but i live on southside, so its like an hour and 20 minutes to both boreal and squaw and like 45 minutes to northstar which isnt bad at all, but whatevs, i might go to boreal this tuesday
 
Morning was sick, I was throwin 5's and some 7's all day. Then about noon it got way to crowded, so I called it a day and went out to lunch. Pretty epic
 
pretty fun. even though i didn't even get that much skiing because i didnt get to the "hill" until about 2 hours before it closed. so i didnt pay for a pass and just fucked around all night with no poles. but there was this dumbass snowboarder who was asking people to pay him to do a frontflip. we said no....he started talking shit.....ran away when he got off the lift. fucking pussy.
 
i didn't get to go because i have a ton a of tests next week, which isn't a big deal but my ride thinks it is...
 
i didnt ski today but i ski tuesday to saturday half days... and for all the ppl who skied on thursday.. i would have to say that that was one of the best days ever!! soo much snow and no one on the mountain. jsut wanted to share one of the best ski experiences i ever had...
