well first you get tired, then you fall asleep, then you wake up usually fairly quickly with recharged batteries. i can never do it though

joke's, yea im wondering the same thing. it usually take's me like 40 or lonbger to fall asleep and sometime's i could sue a power nap.
 
I read in a book called "how to do almost everything" that you should chug a cup of coffee, then go to sleep. It takes about 15 minutes for the caffiene to kick in, so it wakes you up totally refreshed in 15 min.
 
just sleep for one hour, set an alarm if need be...you wont really fall asleep but you wake up feelin so recharged
 
ive never had someone ask me that question before! lol i think theres a bed and alarm clock involved and u have to be sleepy...
 
at least for me, i sleep in during the school say when i have a free period. crawl into bed with all my clothes on and have a buddy wake me up when its time for class. makes you feel great without wasting too much timei dont know how to do it, i just do
 
I take power naps 3 days a week. mondays, tuesdays and fridays. Its amazing. I get back from my 9 oclock class at 10:30, then close the curtains in my dorm and konk the fuck out till noon, then wake up eat lunch, do some work if I need to, and go to my 2 oclock class
