Winter's here!

In the words of little John...

Y-y-YYYEEEEAAAAAAYAAA!!

Haha, my friend did the drive to Stevens from Seattle in 1 hour this spring (no snow on road at all and we drove near midday through Monroe). I think the best from Monroe is around 30 minutes or so, but it can def take about 45 to an hour depending on who you get stuck behind.

defintly an hour, especialy when your right by the freeway.

but back to the thread, whats the forecast,, anymore on the way?

At what point do you guys go hike? Ive never hiked preseason, just post season at Stevens. I am tempted to check it out tomorrow but eh, i think it may be premature.

there isnt too much point in hiking with like half a foot. if i go up tomorrow, just dinking around brooks, maybe try to find a rail and set some shit up, but thats about it

If there is more snow by sunday I am definately gonna be there. But the weather forecast doesnt look too good.

seriously, 2 years ago to the day we were deceived by nature. please people, just be patient... dont be seduced by the dark side

I just feel that this is necessary. Im seeing too much haste on here, and it worries me. I love seeing snow, but a reality check is necessary. I will do no speaking...
