So, Backflips..

So i was doing backflips on a tramp, and on one i went a little big almost went off the tramp. I was a little shaken, but i felt okay. I tryed to do it again, and it happened again. Instead of saying all my other trys, i cant do backflips without travelling about 8 feet, and i can't do them standing at all anymore. Anyone have any suggestions on how i could get my groove back?
 
Yea that happened to me like 6 months ago,, now i can rarely get the nerve to even try.. just dont stop trying them,, you dont want to lose it
 
Ok, I hate how often this is said, but SEARCHBAR. I wrote up a really good tutorial on exactly this question very recently.
 
All the people I know that can backy have had that problem usually ending up in catching their feet on the top of the net. I had it aswell but went right over the net and landed right on the outer ring. Kinda put me off for a bit.

Pretty easily corrected though just make sure you bounce up and then try the flip or try and jump forward a lil bit when you throw the flip.
 
yea i do the same thing to its real annoying but i dont go on tramps a lot but i thelps in pools off diving boards and rocks so u can get extra bounce and distance
 
Just focus on jumping up rather than back. I think everyone has that problem when they start doing backflips. It's just a phase
