Just want to know if anyone is in the same boat as I am right now. I did my right knee in in my first run of qualifiers at the US Open. I got an MRI 3 weeks ago and I have no ACL and a torn medial meniscus. Pretty coll I guess. Anyone else get there season ruined by injuries?

I messed up my miniscus 2 years ago, Partial tear, Chose not to have surgery My leg wouldn't bend much, Over time doing phisio & exercises

it came back real well after about 1 year was like 90% and now after 2 years it's totaly 100%

good, I think it's probebly even better than the other knee now I worked the injured one so much I didn't bother to much with the other one.

This year had a perfect year with no pain at all.

i strained my mcl and f'ed up some misniscus i think but nothin to drastic

my hard core delema right now is finding a surgen that will do my knee in the next 6 weeks or I wont be skiing next season and if i'm not skiing next season my career will go to shit and might loose my sponsors

my left knee is done but I can walk fine but something is obviously wrong and lots of pain at times.

I can't get it checked right now but is it possible I DID NOT tear something?

i guess rule of thumb is 6 months of recovery before you can ski like you used to ski, but then again all people recover at diff rates

completely toasted ACL and partially toasted MCL a few weeks ago. getting surgery in the morning

-------------------

have i told you lately that i love you

i think i did some MCL damage playing lacrosse in the fall before the ski season ever started

MCL and ACL are totally different injuries because MCL can heal itself with proper treatment, ACL you usually end up having to get surgery

my knee still gets sore sometimes

last year I tore my ACL, lat meniscus & med mensicus.... this year I tore my ACL, partially tore my MCL, tore my lat & medial meniscus, and tore my graclius tendon in my hamstring. i got hamstring grafts.
