Snowtrails 2010-2011

They built a small lodge at the base of the tubing run. lolz but i doubt that is what you where looking for. As far as the park goes I haven't heard what sort of new features they will be having. I'm sure they will post some pics in the coming weeks leading up to opening day.
 
i dont know what there gonna do without a park manager though...mad rivers gonna overrule them i think...now a days its becoming a more park based world and they get alot of business with it....i think mitch derr would be good for it seeing he was working for them .....but right now there pars gonna be blown out of the way compared to capital park
 
Yea I have always been loyal to ST my whole life I moved out of state for 4 years for college and when i got back last year ill be honest i spent more time at MRM becuase they offered just so much more for my money and being stuck in Columbus I'm in between both of them. I hope they pull it together this year or i could again see myself sticking with MRM
 
nOthing against Mitch or Brandt, im friends with them both. But I wish they'd bring in somebody with a lot of experiance. How do you think mad rivers park blew up? They took the guy from big boulder
 
Derr has a diff job now but would be more than happy to come back to snowtrails to be a park manager and as of experience....mitch is a really good skiier and could even better if he wanted really....so i trust his judgement...brandt would be good to, just dont know what he wants now lol
 
just keep a really solid rail set up and a good jump or two like you guys always do, im sure whoever is PM will keep it rollin
 
Yea, Mitch wouldn't be bad at all! He is a good skier that i think that he WOULD and HAS MADE sick features and hes a cool guy.
 
so Andy Krislip is going to be the new park manager. Sorry Andy if i spelled it wrong? idk? But he will be the park manager and it will be a group effort with all the park staff to make a sick park. The best part about that is he is the owners son so if he wants to build something and its "to dangerous" (has happend at snowtrails a lot in the past) his dad could potentially let them built the feature anyway. lol Im sure that the park will be fun!
 
Nobody needs to worry. My buddies that are helping me with the park and I have some pretty dope plans for this season, nothing too new just old rails transformed into new ones. We want to make the park pretty skatepark like with lots of trannys and jib jabs. we havent decide on if were having two jumps or not yet but if we only have one we have some pretty gangster plans for it.
 
Oh and we are probably going to have a nice pre-park setup since the park wont be ready right when we open. Also we want to open the park on a saturday and have a big park opening day kickoff party with some music, possibly some grillin, and other shenanigans
 
Word the parks going to be sick this year dont worry. And theres a pretty sick idea for a prepark "park".
 
hahaha andy i didn't know ur dad owns the place.....convince him to get rid of the trees and turn "rustler into jump line and such!! haha
 
yeah jdunn im all for it but some friends in the park crew said they have been trying to do that and havnt convinced them yet lol
 
i figured that. Just what Ive been wanting for like 5 years! Id jizzz if it actualy ever happend.
 
havin andy as park manager is the best thing for snowtrails. i have rode wit andy my whole life an all the things he has told me he has wanted to do wit the park are all gonna come true. andy is gonna make st park off the charts. unfortunetly im switchin to mad river. gettin tired of all the same shit at trails.
 
Were going to have some rails set up before the park opens to keep you guys busy.

PS we start construction on the park on Saturday!
 
Yo brothas, i dunno if anyone has seen the progress we made today in the park, its going to be illl! we only have 5 rails set in but we have a pretty dope set up for this year, were going to have alot of flow, were gunna keep working till tuesday and we should have er dun!!!! See yall fools wednesday!!!! and dont forget salomon rail jam the following wednesday
