Not sure if this will get anything, but i moved to VA a few months ago and I would like to shred this weekend. Worth the drive up to Snowshoe? Any locals lurking around here?!?!?!?!?!?

Please holler ASAP

 
i roll up to the shoe about every other weekend if you wanna carpool, i have a place to stay and a season pass... hit me up. im outside DC in old town Alexandria
 
Hey Im from germany moved in the DC area this year! I thought to go skiing requires minimum 8h driving :D So is WV also ok?
 
Hell yeah, i will hit you up around Mid- January when i'm back. I live in "Historic" Petersburg. One of my friends just moved to Alexandria as well so i will definitely be in the area!
 
I met people from DC over this past weekend and they say they go to Liberty in PA the most, does that sound right? What's that like? Out of curiosity
