Snowpants are a marketing gimmick

snowpants are necessary becasue 90% of people that freeski need baggy bottoms to compliment their tall ts, massisve hoodies, and jackets.

In light of the topic we thought it would be insightful to shed a little light on why we created "snow pants". Keep in mind, we originally launched NWT3K as just a custom jacket company, no snow pants at the time of our original launch.

Answer: Skiers & Snowboarders came to us and specifically asking for snow pants - so we created them. Although your opinion is completely valid (as everyone's opinions are), we would be willing to assume that the majority of the snow sports industry would disagree with the following - "The truth of the matter is that snow pants are unnecessary, ugly, bulky, and unnecessary." Keyword here is "unnecessary".

Simply put, we added snow pants to our custom line because skiers & boarders requested them directly. We didn't build them because we wanted to, we built them because they wanted us to. This had nothing to do with company profits or marketing, but everything to do with filling customer demand. Our customers & non-customers demanded pants, so we fulfilled that request.

Hope this provides some insight on why our company made the decision the build snow pants.

Keep shredding all!

Obviously jeans are way sicker. Anything that pros do is automatically chill and its best to just blindly imitate them and not develop a style of your own. Plus looking snowy and wet is cool because people can tell how gnar you are. #jeanz4lyfe #allCottonEverything

wake up sheeple, you only think you need snowpants because of an extensive PR campaign by the consumerist snowsports industry

in reality, wearing anything that admits that you plan on falling makes you a chode

besides on storm days i just wear sunglasses, shorts, and a tank top, with chapstick rubbed all over my bare skin to prevent wind burn

Many people in this thread (including the clothing company ive never heard of) seem to have missed the part where i wrote " I can understand needing them for skiing pow."
