In the book that came with realtime it says that they snowmobiled in downtown denver when they got 3 feet of snow last winter. That sounds so cool!! I wish they had taken video of it or something.

Has anybody else done this in any other big cities when theres a blizzard?

one time it snowed like 3 feet around here and i walked down to the 7,11 and it was still open because the people who worked the last shift couldnt leave because cars couldnt drive anywhere not even humvees

that blizzard in Denver was crazy, i was stuck in Breckenridge for 2 days longer than I was supposed to be and my flights home were cancelled for like a week. I ended up having to take a greyhound all the way to Cleveland to make it home before Christmas eve. Shit was crazy, cars were completely buried in downtown Denver.

that would be so cool if they built a big kicker on like a downhill street and had a killer urban sesh

We built an urban hip one time on this massive mound of snow that was piled up behind this mini shopping plaza. Tow in via jeep. It was SICK.

FUck ya! Check out MFM's Denver urban jump backside 7 in any snowboard mag Nitro ad, or in the movie Optimistic...cool. But back to street sledding, there were tracks in about every major park, and next to highways all over the city after the storms. Some cowboys had a field day.

that is so interseting.. thsnk you for psoting on newschoolers ,com.. where all the cool skiers go

i was living on 13th and wash at the time.  i was healing up from acl surgery- fucking weak.  some snowboarders were hitting the rails in front of the capital... there were vids posted up somewhere

down in denver people were riding them on quebec down in highlands rance but i herd this guy from minn jumed a highway off a lake and on to the other side of the lake

thats legit
