Snowmobile or Atv?

i'm going to try buy a sled for next season, so i guess my answer to your question is: snowmobile

Yes...itll be the best decision you ever make, I love mine. Except for this summer when im going to have to work all year to pay it off...but come winter..oh man

 
yea, that's my plan. i think my family is gong to buy a couple too, so i'll have access to probably three sleds. i definitely want a sick one though.

snowmobile... for towins. If i ever got one i would build this massive candide style step up out at my ranch itd be wicked... the hills like 80 feet tall, build a 10 foot or so jump thats super steep... man that would be wicked... so if you have an extra snowmobile or 2 drop one by.

tough desicion with an atv ou can put a plow on it and build all sorts of stuff but with a snowmobile you can do a lot of backcountry stuff

 
An atv for me since i dont get over 50 inches of snow in a winter.

The way I look at it I already have a winter toy (skis) and I need a cool summer toy, other than pills and rockclimbing. but I'll prolly pick up a bile next winter just because gary won't let it go

Yeah I have seen ATV's back on the snomobile trails here in utah. But they could only ride on the trails which is lame...riding deep powder on a 700cc machine is so much more run.

 
i have 1 of each and....i have to say the sled is way better for trails and shit.

snowmobile is way better... but you can only use it during the winter, atv is 4 season. so it's a trade off
 
well i already have a dirtbike so id have to say sled. mad good for tow ins or just to ride around on
 
all you people that are saying you can use a four weeler year around much not get that much snow to even know what a snowmobile would be used for.
 
i have both, sled is much better for what your going to be doing, and idk about there, but around here snowmobiles are legal for most roads (joint use) so on the weekends i go out, eat breakfast, ride around, eat lunch, ride around, eat dinner, come home to a nice warm fire and some hot chocolate, and go to sleep to do it all over again. it rockss
