Yeah I got like a foot here :) I'm lovin' this! It never snows this much in IL. I just hope I don't get any of that rain or my backyard setup is gonna suck.

whoa i thought i was one of the only skiers from illinois, im from chicago i usually ride wilmot tyrol or sunbrst, where do you guys ride?

we had about 4 inches here in iowa, but now its starting to melt....

Supposed to get 8 inches this weekend though, pretty stoked.

i love that you call 3-5inches or whatever "dumped on"... i mean, i realize getting snow is sweet, but head north if you want to get dumped on.

Move out to the midwest man...

We take any fuckin snow we can get, I'm sorry that you dont think were getting dumped on, but live out here your whole life, and you wont take snow for granted.

ya fuck u move to the midwest ull understand

i have a pass at snowstar if uve ever heard of that place its tiny

otherwise i ski chestnut, sundown, or cascade, tyrol

Good on you guys!

We're getting an interesting weather pattern form tomorrow in Buffalo, NY.

Early morning high's in the mid 50's with thunderstorms, then in the afternoon a cold front is supposed to rip thru dropping temperatures into the 20s by the evening with crazy winds, and heavy lake effect snows.

I'll be heading down to chestnut this Thursday, I hear that they just cut their second pipe, so that should be pretty prime.

If anyone wants to meet up I'll pretty much be the only kid in the bright yellow jacket hiking rails all day.

Yeah I was just there sunday. They got a new pipe up but the rain we got made the walls solid ice. Plus they built it with the walls straight up and hardly any transition. Pretty much sucks dick. The parks all right though. I probally be there every day this week since its Christmas break so if I see you there I'll give you a holla.

i guess i use to take snow for granted, but i live in central jersey and it hasnt snowed more then 2 inches in 2 years.

I was talking about the one on buck but there isn't one in the TP this year. There is a little mini pipe to the side of it with a rope tow. I didn't think it was that great either though. But like you said hopefully the pipe will thaw out and be alot better this week.
