Just saw too kids comin from Abasin, said its been dumping up there all day, maybe a foot of new snow, anyone been up today?
 
fart yes, it's starting to cool off in the east too...rail jams comin up in the next few weeks, but still almost 2 months til anybody opens...yikes

Fuck man, im jealous... i was supposed to go, but my friend's damn tire blew on I-25 and his dumb ass didnt have a spare... haha oh well, hope it was fun anyway...
 
my, parents are comin out this weekend and they are bringin my skiis, im sooo pumped.

quick question: anyone know if or when they start doin direct bussing from boulder to any of the ski mountains, and which mountains they go to.

Do you go to CU? they have a bus that picks up at will vill, and then Regent and alternates between Keystone and Breck every weekend. I think it goes up Saturday and Sunday. Go to to rec center info desk for more....info.

Looks like the West is getting a decent amount of snow early. The Sierras also got pounded a couple days ago.
 
Dude, I was joking. I said the bus takes people to breck and key, he asked if the bus is running. I then replied: are breck and key open (they obviously are not) therefore reaching the conclusion that the ski bus, is not, in fact running.
 
Ya, i go to CU, nov 9th is actually my birthday, I think keystone opening would be a dope present. Especially now they they're doing $5 cat runs to one of the bowls, i forgot which one, but it has info on their site.
 
Yea i've never done that but I have heard about it. I think it may be called Independence bowl? perhaps? Looks pretty sick, it is just a huge wide open bowl.
