Snowflex summer jibs

I didn't see anything in the searchbar, but does anybody know of any summer jib edits with snowflex or snowflex-like material? Also can you buy it or similar material for a reasonable price? I just think a lot of fake summer surfaces suck.

umm a mountain near me (CamelBack ski area) in PA has a snowflex summer setup. I've never had the chance to hit it, but my friends told me it's a pretty rad material. i think it's pretty expensive though so maybe you might just be better with outdoor carpeting like everyone else. HOWEVER, I'm sure Build a Jib 101 cult may know a lot more on such a topic.

i think its expensive as fuck. i heard dendix ( the stuff with diamonds which sucks for freestyle) is 60 pound a piece, probably more for snowflex, permasnow.

Its skiing in the summer its not going to be as good as snow. Turf will work if you arnt a retard while building the drop in.

The main problem with turf is that it is way too easy to have an edge catch and pull your ski off to one side. This makes it very hard to use your edges to carve up the kicker and get onto the rail.I plan to try putting a foam layer underneath and see if that helps...

I think if you think about how you build your drop in better you could get by with turf or minimise how much you need as its pretty expensive to get the snowflex like liberty but that link posted seem reasonable. I dont know how the 101 tells you but building a drop in with regular horizontal bars of turf/snowflex will have far less drag, giving you more speed from a drop in. It is true that snowflex is difficult to grip an edge with but there is a technique of putting intentional burrs on edges can be used to get grip
