I regret to inform you that we have to call the 2007 Deject Summer Snowdown due to issues regarding insurance, and our Venue. For those of you who pre registered please read on very carefully.

For those of you who paid the $20 pre - registration fee please select one of the following options to be refunded.

Options:

A) Have your registration fee transfered for tickets to the 4bi9 premier that night, you will receive two tickets to the Look it Up premier.

B) Refunded $20 to your paypal account.

C) Refunded $15 CASH at the Look it Up Premier (9:30 pm doors open look for the Deject Sign, I'll have your cash waiting for you, we will be offering some free swag for people who choose this option)

Again, We have been denied by Various insurance companies, to have a shop at our pre-determined Venue.

On Behalf of Deject Freeski and Summit Ski Shop I apologize for the trouble this may have caused. We had tried our best, and many unexpected things have Occured this week. The event would not to have been to full Potential, and Un-Safe, we can't have people skiing with that Risk.

weak, specailly for all those flying/traveling in. bureacracy sucks.

ok lets set up a session at someone's house/in a park somewhere (preferably near boston and an ice rink).

i'll hav a 20' 1.5' high rail done by saturday (was setting it up for summer purposes anyway).
 
o that sucks. i wasnt going to be around but it still looked like a good time. the premier should still be cool though.

are you guys thinking about trying it later on like the fall?
 
BP for future reference, it might be wise to get the venue and the insurance figured out BEFORE YOU TELL PEOPLE THERE WILL BE A JAM.

 
exactly. it was the insurance that fucked him over. it was all set up. just a shitty situation...
 
i guess this insurance company doesnt realize that we're not the shitty skiers who sue for millions when they break their leg on a groomer...
 
i wasn't going to be able to flyback anyways so i'm happy i'm not missing it. and yes that makes me a selfish son of a bitch..but damn...that still sucks

and i'm missing the premiere so you guys can laugh at me forr that.

fuck that blows man, next time just do it on private property for sure. At least you learned a lesson from this so just keep moving forward.
