**Snowdome Session**

Aight, all you peeps here that are in the Auckland area listen up...

Every friday night from 9pm to 12pm SnowPlanet has a so called "jam session"; pretty stupid name, but it means that it 'only' costs 39 bucks for 3 hours of sessioning hard. Still fuckin expensive, but a whole lot cheaper compared to the other prices. (works out to 13 $$ an hour, for those who are challenged in math)

Anyhoo, it would be sick if we could get a big NS crew to represent that night, show the people that run the place that building a good terrain park is what is going to get them long term business...

So anyone that is keen to go for a super big session this Friday (1st of April i think) then lets see if we can get a big group of skiers sessioning hard..... We've got about 4 skiers allready that are keen (and some boarders) and the more the better.

Personally i will use the time to work on my 270 on to rails, and maybe some switch ups or something. So it would be cool if everyone uses the time to fuckin go hard an inovate..

Say: "i do" if your keen...

Sweet

yeah it was alright, i mean only 4 newschool skiers turned up, the jump had a bigger landing, by this i mean that the table was about 15-20 foot long and the landing 3 feet long, which meant that all the beginners where hitting it and landing on the flat of the table, after 12 hours of people raping the table and take-off it lookeda little like a gap jump (lol)....

But it was still fun, threw some cork 5, a kinda rodeo 5, busted on the rails... but by about 11 i got real tired and kept on falling over....

Funny stuff tho, but 9-12 is not the right time to go. soo packed out. tooo many people.

yea i went on saturday morning. the place was completely empty but it was alright. The rails were quite fun and i was stoked that i started to get my unnatural slides sorted. the jump was about 20 feet with a good take off, they'd obviously just remade it. The landing was real short and hard to judge and i nuckle it twice then way overshoot it and put a nast bruise on my ass haha. It was pretty cool though

i'm gonna be going on thursday or friday. with acouple snowboarding buddies.

should be aight?

anyone else goin then?

p.s.

very expensive

that new jump is shithouse. those guys don't know how to make a park.

that jump has too much of a step down and a 5 foot tranny to land on. unless your goin perfect your gonna land flat.

Lifts kept busting down.

was still fun though.

i think i was the first person to hit the new jump (last sunday), it had two take-offs, the jump itself was pretty cool just the landing needed to be extended about 15-20ft.

But after a week of people fucking up the jump i can see how it could be prettty shitty by now.

well that take off was sweet. just needed to be at abit of a lower gradient to be suitable for that flattish landing. safety wise that is. the 2nd take off to the right was jst a mogul really.

Yeah i went today, the landing is not steep enuf. and you have to stright line it from the top just to makje it to the landing

I Can't Think Of A Name So Fuck IT!
