This is kinda a rant, but y do snowboarders and other extreme sports athletes use newschoolers? i mean, riding with snowboarders is sick, and i wish there was a site for both, but isnt newschoolers.com a skiing site, and transword.com/snowboard a snowboarding site? i mean i know that skiers cant post anything on transword, so y can they post it on ns? I personally have nothing against any snowboarders but i mean when i wanna watch ski vids and there is snowboarding vids in the way of the next button. or when i wanna see pics and there is a snowboard picture infront of the next button. so yeah anybody else feel this way?
 
are there really that many snowboard videos on this site?

im a snowboarder. i come here because transworld is fucking retarded. and this site is pretty sweeet. plus, skiiers put out cool edits all the time. and snowboarders put out shitty edits once in awhile.

also, this question gets asked like four times a week.

theres a million reasons why. newschoolers.com is just so great. its all about the love of snow. i love to watch ski edits, even more so than snowboard edits, i get so pumped to ride and find so much inspiration in them. maybe you should try to find inspiration in snowboarding videos and pictures.
 
yeah it is a skiing site, but who cares, they have the same love for a sport that you do, they just have one piece of wood instead of two (no homo).

skiing and boarding are virtually the same thing. i dont think its that big of deal, its not like every video and picture and thread posted is about boarding. there rarely is any boarding content at all.

I have have a snowboard.com sign in. its been dead for years though. Snowboarders are my friends. I like to snowboard. I support a snowboard shop that supports me. I like snowboard vids.
