Snowboarders on site yes or no

i dont understand why they are on this site and frankly it uppsetts me because this whole websites is domanated by skiers isnt there another website for boarders iknow this one is cool and all but read the name (newschoolers.com skiing's online community)

dont get me wrong i have nothing againist snowboarders but this is a skiing community so i say no
 
There really isnt a site that is equivalent to NS for snowboarders. i dont mind if snowboarders are here, just as long as they dont change the slogan from skiing's online community.
 
As long as they're cool and contribute positively I'm fine with them. In fact, a snowboarder's perspective could really be a good thing on this site; maybe a black person for certain "fashion" issues as well.
 
wtf? why do you care so much? im a skiier but i still like snowboarding and who knows, i might have some useful information to contribute to their discussions. im sure there are snowboarders who feel the same way about skiing and i have no problem with them.

even with ones that bash skiing and are post whores; first of all they usually aren't on this site in the first place and secondly, there are plenty of those people who are skiiers and bash people with no poles or pants that are too tight.

yay for snowboarders that aren't closed minded like MFM who appreciate skiing even if they dont ski themselves
 
i snowboard and a lot of my friends are skiers and we get along fine. ya its skiing online community but in your profile they have a snowboard option along with ski, film, and photograph. skiiers and snowboarders learn alot from each other and its just better that we arent "enemies"
 
haha...well, not too fast...in a few years, skiers everywhere will be wearing tight pants BECAUSE of snowboarding. the hessian skier steeze is coming...oh yes, it's coming.

I ride with mostly snowboarders. They are chill, and they challenge me to ride harder, and we throw a lot of the same stuff down in the park. They are people too.
 
It seems like I'd be really bored on this site if I was a snowboarder, but there are a few boarders on NS with thousands of posts, so whatever. I wonder if there are a lot of skiers on snowboard.com.
 
Snowboard.com is pretty lame towards skiiers in my opinion (as I've seen it in the past) but it was usually a skiier advertising a company or something. Like some kid once came on advertising Ninthward shit, so he got hated on like mad.

Ofcourse there are sites equivalent to this website for snowboarders. snowboard.com is huge (not all of them actaully snowboard alot, that site does have its share of poseritus, but it's way bigger a community than this website). There are so many snowboard forums, I bet chyoo that the smallest major snowboard forum there is, is probably bigger than this website anyway.
 
well if they come to this site and act like dicks, the issue would be having a dick on the site and we have plenty of those.so technically we'd have to kick all negative people off of the site.

this site will never have a completely positive expirience, there will always be cock suckers. that's because it's too fun to get people pissed on the internet and well it's the internet. how fun would it be reading 'yeah i agree' 'wow your views are great, this is how i feel'....fuck that, i like to hear someone say something outragous, isn't that why the devil's advocate role was created in social interactions? snwobarders give a way different perspective and it's dope to hear the hate for skiers.

it's kinda of like being black and having white people be nice to you, yet you know they're treating you different than they normally would (not wanting to kick it, but still saying whats up). i dunno if that made sense, but try to get it....cuz im hungry and i'm going to endulge.
 
Haha, you should have more of a problem with the half the people on this site who dont even ski or snowboard.

shut up. seriously i'm so sick of this hate. snowboarders, on the most part, are chill. we're all having fun on the snow, and if they want to go on this site, they can.
 
i have no problems with them but im just saying maybe they should start a site of there own and most snowboarders are mad cool

if snowboarding didnt exist i really doubt skiing would be the way it is today, so back up and stop gettin butt hurt cus you get harrassed by all the boarder bros at your mountain for doing pencil steezed 3's
