ok. so heres my story...

im going on a feild trip to the zoo for biology class, and im in my usual attire or watever.

wearing my shirt i made kus im to cheap to get one off line skis.

so im walking with my class down this long stretch of path. and theres these "skater kids" around my age. and they are all like looking at me funny kinda. and we were like 5 ft. away from this group. and i hear one kid say "hey man check out that kids shirt, what a fag" and im like what a dick. but then his friends like. wow he needs a beating. thne like the whole group turns around and start like chucling. and then im like "u think its funny?" there like "u skier fag and all ur tight shit".

and im like im not a racer im into freestyle and there like "ok, sure". and im like, "i wear bagier shit than most snowboarders around, and at least i can go down the hill straight from the lift and i dont have to sit on the snow and have a cold ass all day long." and then they like were so quite and like wandered away without looking at me again, kus they know there were owned. i so wanted the punch the shit out of them kus they were all like uber fags.

so ya thats my story.

say some stories u have of stupid snowboarders that think there cool, but realy not.

Your an idiot. He doesn't hate them all. There's just very large groups of snowboarding faggots who think they are the shit when they suckc balls. At my hill 98% of the boarders are fags who think they are the shit but they suck. I want to like knock all them out.
 
Most of the kids i ride with are snowboarders and they prolly the most chill kid's you've met. They dont give a shat if you snowboard or ski, its all about throwing down and having a good time. Not all snowboaders are fags...stereotyping a group that big just doesn't work
 
Exactly! I have a lot of friends that snowboard too and they are real chill. If they see a skier throw a nice stylish 540, they'll give him props. It's all about having fun and throwing down.
 
Lets not start another non-hate snowboarder thread, I'm sure he likes them, its just some kids are posers who hate on everyone.
 
i ride with more boarders than skiers and they are super chill. From time to time some one will make a comment about me being a skier in the park and either il just drop in a show them up or my boarder buddies will tell them off.

uhhh i hate kids who when i tell them i ski they say "hah you fag" then i tell them that i can do like 540s and shit and they are like "woah, i can barely jump on my snowboard"

i also hate kids that think just because they snowboard, they can act like they own the park. ive been hiking a rail and have shitty snowboarders tell me to get out of the way when im clearly not in the way at all.

however, i think the majority of snowboarders are cool, and i hate the rivalry. i love riding with boarders because it just mixes things up a bit, and most of them are really cool
 
yeah i hate the snowboarders that laugh at you when you fall trying to do smthing cool on a rail or smthin and then they go and 50-50 lik 1/4 of the rail

since none of my friends are park skiiers, i regularly hit the park with groups of snowboarders
 
Hey now, guys, pretentious douchebags are a fact of life. Every sport has them. Don't pretend like a skier has never pissed you off.

The gay snowboarders get mad at the gay skiers (you know, the kids who go off the side of the jumps for rails...then snowplow up the takeoff of the 60 footer you were bombing into, get 5 feet of air, fall, lay there for 15 minutes...), and they make gay generalizations. So don't perpetuate the cycle by making gay generalizations about them. We owe a lot to snowboarders.
 
look man i'm a skier here in my country and freestyle and newschool is a new thing here, there are very few newschool skiers around and i could say i was one of the first ones. i didn't like to ride with my skier friends because they never wanted to go with me to the park, and my snowboards friends did join me in the park and now i only ride with them and we make bc booters and they always say that newschool ski is great as snowboarding. maybe those kids were fags because they said that but you can't say that of all snowboarders, because that's not because the are snowboarders is because they are idiots even if they didn't do snowboard.

I've noticed the kids who fit the the

"dumb kids that think there the coolest people" sterotype are usually poser skiers, you know half the kids on this site, who can't actully ski outside the park, and who think people actully care that you can 270 out of C-Rail
 
most of my friends are boarders and we al throw down, and vbeing that im from mountain creek, nj i have to deal witha boarder to skier ratio of 10:1 no joke, but if someone trys to tell me that skiers suck i just show em up and then ask "watcha gonna do now bitch 50-50 or wait a ride on straight onto a rail", but never do have have to resort to such measures, boarders and s iers are chill, we should all live in harmony singin carolls along the mountains

they invented steeze then we started landing switch and gettin all low and we developed our own steeze so basicaly we are like snowboarders

i only know 2 cool snowboarders and one skis 90% of the time and the other doesnt even like snowboarders, he just cant ski, but he would if he could

a lot of snowboarders that i ride with are cool except for the one that makes fun of skiing and says he would rather skiblade.
 
Those kids don't bother me. They are just ignorant. You sure got them good by saying how baggy your clothes are. Maybe you could have thrown a gang sign in there for good measure.

My favorite snowboarders are like the middle-aged dudes that started snowboarding so they would appear younger and cooler. I rode on a lift with a guy in his mid 40's trying to act badass and telling the lifty he was just "trying not to kill any skiers while he ripped it up". I was standing right next to him, and he asked why I had two snowboards.

The best thing to do is keep your mouth shut, cause when you cork 5 that 60 footer that he won't even hit, he'll shut the fuck up too.

On another note, if people fuck with you, I suggest headbutting them. Cause headbutting feels fucking great.
 
Skiing owes snowboarding soo much for the revival of our industry. We are still about3 yrs behind them in trends, you can see this predicably.

Many snowboarders can be complete jackasses. However, there are just as many on skis.

Some of the smoothest and chillest people I have ever met snowboard, and that is fine. Skiiers and Snowboarders are basically doing the same thing, and to descriminate is just plain bigotry.

When a person is out enjoying themselves, it matters not what is strapped to their feet.
