Snowboarder injured by skier at PC

shits fucked up. you got to keep it undercontrol.i remember hearing on here somone got sued for spraying snow at some old dude then banned from pc?the dude probably thought he was gunna get fucked for an accident and bounced. i hate to say it but i bet the girl took a backside turn and cut off the skier and the skier was the one who got screwed but who knows
 
yea but even if you hit someone you shouldnt just keep going like nothing happened though, and she was way fucked up broken femur etc many other bad things was teaching a surgeon how to board today and he was telling me about it.
 
One time, one of those very very little groms (who absolutely kill it in the park, but don't know how to ski elsewhere), tried to zip past patrol on the way down to the homerun park. On his way he cut right in front of me and hit a bump and lost control and landed on my skis.... I was the one that got yelled at..even though he was skiing out of control

But this does suck for that girl. Probably the skiers fault. HOwever, just saying, just becuase you were the one that fell down doesn't mean it isn't your fault.
