Snowboarder apparently suffocated in tree well

That sucks, best wishes to his family.

Did anybody else catch that bit at the bottom about the first fatality of the year? Some old guy probably got nailed by a snowboarder when getting up and died of a skull fracture? Holy fucking jackass irresponsibility. Who the fuck hits an old guy while he's on the ground and rides away? Who the fuck hits an old guy on the ground in the first place?

a older ski instructor lost a 4 year old girl on the mountain when he was teaching in whistler 20 years ago. a rescue dog found her 8 feet down in a tree well 3 days later. i felt so bad for the guy, that is going to be with him for the rest of his life

this was a sad story but its really good how understanding the parents were about his snowboarding and how they didn't blame and sue the mountain like what is happening in alot of other cases, his parents understood the effect of snowboarding on his life and didn't blame the mountain, the place he loved the most, when things got screwed up
