S0o I know this is a site for skiers and I do ski but like alot skiers, I snowboard every so often. I know there are snowboarders on this site so I was just wondering what the proper technique is to throw 3's and higher on a snowboard cuz I wanna start hittin jumps.. +kk

^yea well im sure ur right.. but im too lazy to find one n make a name n shit.. its not really a big deal i was just wondering

It pretty much the same concept as spinning on skis. For threes head to the jump nice and comfortable then when you get to the lip make a tiny carve in the direction you want to spin then pop and look where you want to go. for higher spins just carve in a tiny bit harder and throw your head/shoulders a little bit quicker when you pop. hope that helps

Yeah but we got these

Anyways, its pretty simple really, If your spinning FS your gunna want to be a little bit on your heels just as you leave the jump. Make sure not to prespin though and be 90 degrees through it before your off the snow. Poping is really the key, make sure to ollie hard and then just look over your shoulder after using your hips to initiate the turn, suck your knees up and steeze it out. Once you see the landing start to open up a bit and stomp it. If your having trouble skidding out when you land, try through like 355's and land with a slight tow edge and it should lock ya in, hope that helps.
