snowboard comps V. ski comps

Does anyone else feel like even though freestyle skiing has taken off there are still many more snowboard comps and that it is hard to find rail, pipe, big air comps for skiers ?

 
ya i just dont get how there is no money the ski companies are way more wealthy i dont know why they dont support this part of the sport

 
pretty much all the comps around here have skier and snowboarder divisions.

Yea it was alot worse in years past but its all about supply and demand. Companies like Salomon and Rossi made twins and sort of invested in free skiing but it was too small to pour tons of money into as it grows logically there will be more comps. I think we are at a good size right now personally i like where skiing is it and dont want it to get out of hand.

Pete is currently sulking around Mt. Hood, shooting with Poor Boyz Productions and hitting on Kristi Leskinen. She hates guys, Pete lamented, so it’s not going good. Apparently Canada isn’t the only thing that’s tough for Pete to get into.

excluding orage masters and a couple others, snowboard comps are alot better too.

I'd like to see skiers and boarders compete against each other. The slowboarders would get so owned. :D

ya in our area they always combine snow and ski together and we get along ok with that. now there are more and more skiers gettin to the events and they have prises for both groups. companies like rossi and salomon are in both board and skis and most of the rag companies too. I think that in time we will see more $$$$ commin our way, it's just startin and a matter of time

 
i find that there are still divisions for skiers at most comps.

^and i do like the size of freeskiing nowadays. i just hope it doesn't get blown apart like boarding did...

snowboard comps are judged by corprate fags who dont know anything, skiing comps r judged by skiers......most of the time
