Snowboard box

So I worked a ski swap this weekend and got left with some leftover boards. Idk if it would work, but I kind of want to make a few boxes out of them because I'm not cool enough to snowboard. I want to know if anyone's tried doing this and how it turned out, or any tips/crit in general before I spend a full 2 hours making this thing.

i dont think itd work well, snowboards are way too short to make any decent length jib without connecting a few together and dealing with the resulting bumpiness

id say if theyre in even half decent shape, sell them for extremely cheap or gift them to someone who needs a board! tons of people out there who would love a free or cheap stick

I mean you could cut the tip and tail off and use them as a top sheet but there are better things you could use.

Sell them for cheap or make them into a bench.

Yea the idea was make some benches that could be used like a box.. I have like 5boards to connect so who knows. I was thinking of making a short bench out of two, and a long one out of 3

I meant more of a bench to sit on or maybe a bench to work on your skis. Idk

Even with good bases it's less than ideal imo. Also the side cut will make the edge go in and out.

It's doable I just don't know if it's worth the effort. Better off with pvc or lexan

Yeah so much effort to save a few bucks (probably none if you just sell the boards).
