you said it perfectly, it'd prolly be more fun to ride with that chubby 8 year old chinese kid than alot of you, although he might not be quite as steezy
 
why? because he hasn't been skiing since he was little? because he is still too caught up in having fun to worry about what's cool or not? because his parents can't afford $37,000 a year to send him to ski academy? who the fuck cares what he looks like if he's having fun and hes not bothering anyone
 
snowblades hahahah the one bad thing we can blame pollard for in this industry. correct me if im wrong, but pollard wore them back in '97 right, when they were first introduced, right?
 
ski blades are really really gay. you can't ski powder you go slower, you look like a queer, over all not as cool. i have practice bashing skiboards i went on one of their forums once and bashed them for like three days until they were drowned with shame and banned me lol
 
I guess im gonna have to agree with nomensteven on this one, I'd like to add to the fact that there are many people on this site (and maybe a handfull of pros) who have their skiing roots based around snowblading. Who knows someday that fat chinese kid on snowblades might evolve to skiing and kick your ass in the park, you better resect that.
 
yeah thats true, the people using them are most likely using them to have fun and dont know or care what people think, but its still gay, you cant blame us for saying its gay, its like seeing some fag skipping down the street with his boyfriend with their wieners hanging out, there having fun and doing there own thing, but your still gonna laugh at them and there still gay.
 
and how do people think snowblading made freeskiing? there wouldnt be snowblading, snowboarding, or any of those things without skiing. so if you think about skiing made freeskiing, cause even if snowboarding or snowblading helped start freeskiing, skiing started it all. and plus people were doing tricks and shit anyway back in like the 70's and stuff, and without snowblading im sure skiing would be in the same place.
 
wrong. Snowblading showed all those guys doing moguls etc what else was possible on skiing. Snowblading led the way back in the mid-90s. Once skiing caught up and took over it took some of the snowblading pros a bit of time to realise that there was once again a future in skiing...those same guys paved the way for that future.

I know X-Games doesn't define the sport but it's worth noting that skiboarding was in the winter x-games two years before freeskiing made its first appearance and the first snowblading slopestyle winter x event was in 98 i believe when the first ski slopestyle event wasn't until about 2002.
 
tricks in the 70's eh? well its a good thing snowboarders didnt try to adapt that 70's steeze cause freeskiers today would be doing gorilla steeze'd 720 spread eagles to double daffy's
 
yeah the tricks may have been gay like spread eagles and pencil 3's and stuff but its not like snowboarding tricks were any cooler, they also looked shitty and now snowboarding tricks somehow got alot cooler without any other sport to help. the same thing happened to skiing with or without snowblading. it may have changed skiing a little but, think about the past five or so years and how much skiing has changed without snowblades. and over a time of like 30 years it makes sense how much skiing has changed from spread eagles and pencil spins.

and i was also saying that without skiing snowblading or snowboarding wouldnt be anything. so nomatter what it was skiing that started freeskiing not snowblades.
 
you are a fuck head, there should be lots of love, but honestly, who says chineese kids can't ski? And why the fuck would you ever back the blades? Bladers should stay in the parking lot, and quit rolling over my lips and clogging my rails.
 
no likee. snowbladers are just people who can't ski...and can't snowboard. they need to get the hell off of the mountains. fuck them
 
wrong. hes bothering me, his gayness radiates off his body, and it hurts my eyes. its just are you not sick of telling people your a freeskier, and they think you ride those "little skiblades", its bullshit and i'm sick of it, its time to get noticed, and those things are holding us back in a way. unless you can do a 1440 on them, dont talk to me.
