has it snowed anywhetre in the mtns yet like in utah or colorado or montana? i saw another thread and somebody said it was snowing in the mtns in montana?can this be confirmed?

I live in the plains of Alberta and we've had frost at night, it snows all year in the mountains of British Columbia.

I just flew across the country (CA to NY) yesterday, and there wasn't snow anywhere but in the sierras... and I'm guessing that is snow left over from the spring. Definitely none anywhere near SLC.

It snowed on engineer pass in Lake City, Colorado on Monday. 1 hour south of Crested Butte. There is a glacier that is ridable there. There is also a flat down box being transported to a glacier on paradise divide this weekend. It's right between Crested Butte and Assssssspen.

on the 12th, we got our first snow at big sky (montana). not much, just a dusting really, but enough to get everybody stoked.

Definately no snow in Utah. Even in the middle of the night it's still about 50 degrees up in the mountains. I'm going to Florida next week, I'll bring my skis and I'll check there.
